Do you only work with labs in New York City?
No — all services are delivered virtually and remotely. Healing Hypothesis Lab works with clients nationwide and internationally. Location is no barrier.
How quickly can you start?
For most engagements, we can begin within 1–2 weeks of a signed agreement. Urgent lab needs can often be accommodated faster — discuss during your consultation.
What size labs do you typically work with?
From single-PI labs with 3–5 researchers to multi-team academic departments and early-stage biotech companies. The services scale to your needs.
Is the wellness integration only for large teams?
Not at all. Individual PI wellness consultations, small team workshops, and full organizational programs are all available. The program is customized to your team size and budget.
How is pricing determined?
All pricing is customized based on scope, timeline, and service type. Monthly retainers, project-based fees, and hourly rates are all available. A detailed proposal is provided after your free consultation.
