Wellness programs on the Site are offered by our parent company, Lifecompass Health & Wellness, LLC, and this policy applies to information collected through this Site for those programs as well.

Contact and inquiry information: your name, email address, phone number, organization or institution, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.


Consultation and project information: details you share about your laboratory, research team, operations, or goals so we can prepare a proposal or deliver services.


Payment information: when you pay for a package or invoice, payment is processed by a payment provider, e.g., Wix Payments / Stripe / PayPal. We receive confirmation of your payment, the amount, and your billing contact details. We do not receive or store your full card number.


Wellness information (optional): if you take part in a wellness program or individual consultation, you may choose to share information about your health, nutrition, sleep, or stress. We collect this only when you provide it, and we use it only to deliver the program you requested.


Email list: if you sign up for updates or our newsletter, your name and email address.

Between Healing Hypothesis Lab and Lifecompass Health & Wellness, LLC, only as needed to deliver a wellness program you requested.


When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, the public, or our business.


In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
 

5. Client research and confidential information
Information about a client's research, data, protocols, or other proprietary materials is handled as confidential under the written agreement with that client. We do not use it for marketing or share it with others except as that agreement allows.

Inquiry information that does not lead to a project is deleted or anonymized after 12 months. Wellness information is kept for the length of the program plus 6 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to legal exceptions.
